What size crate?

What size crate do I need to get for a pug. I only want to buy one crate (and not one for when puppy and one for when fully grown). I'm thinking we'll put a litter box in it at first too.

I have a wire crate that is 21in high,19inwide and 23in long. I've had it since Tinker was 12 weeks and she just turned 6yrs. It's set up all the time with the door open and she naps in it sometimes. We use it in the car as well.I originally put a crate pad it in but after her knee surgeries I invested in a tempurpedic pad that goes under the crate pad. The crate should be big enough for them to stand up and turn around.
