go with Max and all ready to discuss the Canadian Horse. every single one of the seniors there said and LOUDLY...
THERE IS NOTHING LIKE A PERCHERON............arggggggg ...lol
that is the breed that they all totally love and the clyesdale............
the percherons are in all the parades too and all decked out............
so on and about the percherons again............ they get the people chatting and that is what is about going there..
other then that...John is looking good and up and about with his walker. noticed today he had aftershave on.....so he must be feeling better..lol
ONE of the ladies there today said something that caught me right off GUARD about MAX
she looked me straight in the eyes and said that PUG always SHOWS HIS TEETH and then made an odd look
told her that he was always SMILING..........
and she said well he has a great smile........
guess she was joking around but never can tell what they will come out with or if the are serious when they say it..hahaha
good day had by all and the sun is shining too for the walk there today.
tried something with Max today there.. if what these vets and others are saying about Max and he is more of a service dog then a therapy dog...that means that I can just drop the leash and he will sit or lay by the senior and not move. well tried it and HE DID MOVE a muscle..even with all the noise and so on........he just layed there. did not tell him to stay did it on his own.
9 months today we have been going in 2 times a week .........some weeks more often
A pugs world is full of play and sleep and of course good food.........
Glad to hear John is doing much better! You'll have to have some kind of a celebration when you reach your year mark of taking Max.Will have to give that some thought.
