Heehee this isn't a pug picture, but I thought it might make some people smile :)
I went home to visit my Mom this weekend, and Nano came with me and had a great time. He ran and ran, and him and his 'Uncle Shadow' played for so long chasing balls and sticks outside. After it got a bit later, we went inside. The dogs had naptime, and my Mom and I did some baking and were talking in the kitchen.
And then, all of the sudden, I got that feeling you get when someone is staring at you. I couldn't shake the feeling, but I looked all around, and all I saw was my Mom, and the dogs fast asleep (and Nano snoring) on the couch.
We kept on baking, and when I went to put the cookies to cool on the kitchen table, I looked out the window and almost dropped the cookie pan! This is what I saw out the window:
I pointed him out to my Mom, and she said 'Ooooh that's just Champ. He comes over when he smells something good cooking.'
And it was true! He stayed rooted in his spot until Mom went out with a bit of peanut butter on a biscuit she had made. He gobbled it up, wagged his tail, then headed back to his home.
We got some cute pictures and videos of Nano playing, and hopefully i'll get them uploaded soon. I had no idea a year ago that a pug would ever be able to play out a black lab haha.
Thanks for reading! I hope everyone's week is going well so far :)

Definitely an "AWW" photo. What an expression Champ has on his face.
We never touch people so lightly that we don't leave a trace.
That's a great pic!!

I love Champ, I think I would have invited him in for cookies too.

Champ is a beautiful dog. And obviously smart too. He knows where to find the goodies. Thanks for sharing that really neat picture.
Aww way too cute :)
haha that is kinda creepy...
Haha I wanted to let him in, but it's hard to tell from the picture how wet and covered in mud he was. There was no convincing Mom, as she had just moped her floors :p
Champ and Shadow are best friends, and they run together in the fields and play most days. I hope Nano will get along with him too :)
