Default Regurgitating Food When eating (sometimes)

TANk sometimes whens hes grubbing he eats fast and the result ends up him coughing up his food whole like hes not chewing. Hes not throwing up, the pieces are whole and it comes up with the water he drank. How do i stop that or at least teach him how to chew ? should i just start soaking his food and making it soft before i give it to him?

Here's the food he is currently on.

Soaking his food will help (many of us here soak dry food), as would using a slow feeder dish, putting a couple of rocks or steel balls in his bowl, or scattering his food in the various cups of a muffin tin - all of these would make him have to pick through the obstacles to get the kibbles.

Maybe it's because he is eating too fast? You can either feed him from a bigger dish (so the food is more spread out) or buy one of the special food bowls w/ separations, to slow his eating.
