Default Trying to RESCUE this PUG puppy...some people arggggg

my girlfriends daughter got herself a pug puppy. not sure how good the breeding is but my idea is not that great. the pup was just over 300.00 canadian and I paid 750.00 for Zeus 3 years ago.
this puppy is NOT what she thought it would be
her exact words is it disturbs my sleep
    poops in its crate
and has blood in the feces..
and she is tied of the whining and crying
she has only had it 4 days....

why do people get a pug just cause it is cute. that is the reason for her getting one. never mind that the pug has to climb 25 steps to go and in and go pee with no air conditioning in the summer or anything.

anyhow trying to rescue the pup and then see what happens
maybe foster it and get it a good home later
that is what my girlfriend wants me to do

my other thing is that I have been seriously considering a rescue senior bulldog. the bulldog comes from my pugs breeder..but she is out in a heated garage and not had much of a life really. she is 7 or so. that is more what i want to do

but I think the puppy is what needs to helped asap.
the bulldog can easily be rehomed..

why do people NOT think before they buy
    check out the breeder
    ask questions
why I had to do the ten yards of questions from the breeder before she let me adopt any of her dogs including a home check and such.
obviously this breeder is just in for the money

agree pugs are cute but puppies are work..
    arrrgg off the soap box
will update later when I see what happens here

People who buy on impulse are idiots and the puppy, kitten, or what ever animal suffers for it. That's why there are so many animals in rescue, in dog pounds, and on the street. Why can't people see that? I suppose it all comes down to greed and ignorance. My new motto is: spray and neuter and don't buy from a backyard breeder. Makes a catchy little tune. Good luck getting the puppy and getting it some help or into a rescue or what ever you can do for it.

That sort of thing just makes me LIVID. I'm so glad this poor thing at least has somebody interested in it's fate. Thank you for that! Keeping my fingers crossed that you'll be able to rescue the puppy. It's beyond me, simply beyond me, why anybody would bring a living creature into their house without doing their homework first. This is why puppies SHOULD be expensive. The more they cost, the more people have to think first.

this gets me going too...........I get really upset.
this is a life we are talking about
not something you try out and then give up on..

I am the first one to admit the first few weeks of owning a puppy are some sleepless nights in there..
getting up a few times to put them out and so on
and then to have a sick pug on top of it........that is not good

I am still waiting for an update here
should get a call later tonight I hope as to their plans

oh by the way the puppy is just going on 7 weeks old...
    so no vaccines yet either
she had the pup out all over the place already and that is a not a good thing either
tried to introduce it to her mom's dog and she snapped at the puppy
not a good way to start life in this world..

this is going to be pretty traumatic for the puppy too
will take me sometime to get used to a puppy again for sure too
my dogs will take a bit of time to get used to a pup
but not at all that worried to be honest.

well the latest is that this girl might return him to the breeder.....who will not give her the money unless the pug is sold again. arrrrggggggggg so if that is the case her mom and I are going to go and buy the same pup from the breeder. geeeeeeeeeeeeze why do things have to be so complicated. I do not get along that great with her daughter.........she holds me responsible for the death of her father......long story.

    anyhow either way
    tomorrow will be puppy day
    one way or another
