I always wonder what mine would do. Out of the crate they would be CRAZY and I leave them out until 10-11 pm. They are always silent in the crate all night long and sometimes my husband doesn't get home until 1 am. I hope they would either hear or smell something and let me know. Good for Otis!!

I'm so glad you are ok! What a scary situarion.
Miss Nilla thinks she is the neighborhood watch. If anyone tried to break into our house, I doubt even a steak would be enough to get her off of the intruder. As much as I dislike her barking and freaking out at strangers, at least I know she'll alert us if anyone tries to break in.

I remember 1 morning when the apartment complex was testing the fire horns.
I had completely forgotten about it, 10 mins before the horns went off Emma was barking up a storm at the front door. The horns still scared the poo outta me xD
