Default What bugs me the most about this pug puppy is MY DOGS are my everything........plain and simple

all my dogs are well taken care of
all have a soft bed to sleep on although not their own bed..lol
they all get good quality food and regular vet check ups
I can call the breeder if I have any issue with my dog that I need advice on

    but other then that
    they are my family
all of them are unique in their own ways
Gus been deaf....has been a learning experience
Max being a service dog is soo cool
and Zeus being introverted and smart is very different too

they meet me all the time
    follow me everyone
    nap whatever I nap
watch tv if I am in the mood

how can someone just toss a puppy and one sick at that back at the breeder to resell the dog........arrrgg
hopefully will go and get chance later today
A pugs world is full of play and sleep and of course good food.........

You're not so different from a lot of the rest of us here on PV. My family vacations where the Pugs can accompany us. I prefer the company of our Pugs to most people. As for people who give up on Pugs (or pets in general), they suck!

my pugs are at my heals 24/7 or on my body...lol
    or touching me......lol

    they are totally glove dogs
    and companion dogs

    babies take time
and some people just do not give it time
4 days with a puppy is not enough time at all
puppies cry and have to go out and need attention too
they do not come wrapped in a box with a bow and no work..

My husband just said the other day "is this what you spend all your hard earned money on?" Yeah, well so what. If it brings me joy it is money well spent. Some spend money on liquor, some on gambling, some on compulsive shopping.....I spend on my pups.

I too am a homegirl and work from home. I just worry about vacation time. Have to go for my son's graduation in May and see no other option but to board them at my vet's.
May we all be kind and full of love

I think most on here get it and feel the same way. My pugs are my kids and I treat them better than I treat myself. My wife and I had a vacation planned. Tickets, hotel, car all booked. Our usual family member that takes care of them bailed on us at the last second and our only option was to board them somewhere. Well, we canceled the vacation and ate the money because I wouldn't feel right leaving them alone with strangers where they would most likely be crated, they have never been crated, and the "possibility" they might be scared. We wouldn't have enjoyed ourselves anyway worrying about how the "kids" were doing. Would they have been fine? Yes im sure. But I only want the best for them everyday.

I am not selfless about most things, but I would jump in front of a car for my pugs. I don't understand people like that and I am glad that I'm not built that way.

Belive me, I'm not happy about boarding them. Usually my parents care for my dogs but because they are young, full of energy and need a lot of attention and possibly getting up a few times at night to let them out.......well my parents are too old for puppies. In a year or so they'll be able to care for them.
This way I too will not worry one ran out the front door or smashed into her depression glass displays, etc..... Way too much stress, plus my babies are crated at night, not to be cruel but for my son's health.

I wish I could cuddle and sleep with them. Maybe one day.
May we all be kind and full of love
