Hockey Night In Canada (Pug Picture Edition!)

So for anyone who isn't familiar with Hockey Night In Canada, it's a CBC broadcast that goes every Saturday night (and sometimes afternoon) during the regular season of hockey, and during the playoffs. So every Saturday night, it's Hockey Night! We are introducing Nano to the routine, and he's getting used to the 'special night'.

So our team, the Ottawa Senators, made the Playoffs this year! So we celebrated Game 1 of their series by dressing up in our lucky jerseys :D



Nano was less than impressed at first heehee :)

He started to get pretty tired before the game was over, so he settled in with his blankey, but he kept on his hat!

And this last one isn't hockey related, but I thought it was too cute not to share! He fell sound asleep, just like a little rock, and his tail was stuck out right straight!

I found a jersey for Bella in the Maple leafs and Bryan put on his and the paper took the pic and posted a story about it......lol. Bella was 9 months old in the pic

we took about Bella in her leaf sweater and my son is introverted........we got chased down the street to come and do a news article and then the radio station wanted to See them together too. she wore a size 3 in the pic.
the paper was soo excited and the article is taped to the back of the print out of the paper that I had framed........ he still has it hung up in his new house......quite the moment.....really helped Bryan to come out of his shell and maybe Bella too......lol. lots of fussing and turning heads that day. it was fun and they are so darn cute together too.

the radio station was looking for a mascott but we declined and they took tons of pics to put up on their site years ago....... the girl at the station had a maple leaf jersey on too.........so it was cute cute

Oh wow Pat, those pictures are adorable!! I will have to find Nano a Sens jersey made for dogs, seeing as ours just fall off him haha. I agree, that picture of your son and Bella is definitely a keeper :) And Max is just too cute in his Canadian Gear :D
