Good grief they are only a 'little" curved. The mom goes and gets out the electric dremel since she said it was a long job. Meelah just lay there for the most part letting her sand the nails off. NOT me (Angus) I squirmed, panted and acted out as much as I could. NO good she still got them and worse yet she said she will do it again in 4 days since she hadn't done them in a while and the cuticles would have to retreat. The woman has NO mercy! The only good part is she had an exercise top on and I got a few good marks on her side

Angus, Eddie here. I feel your pain buddy. I don't understand why they gotta cut are nails. My mom keeps complaining about the bruise she has on her chest from me when they did my nail trim. I say she wouldn't have that bruise if she would have just left my nails alone.
Mz Tilly here, dad always wears long sleeves when it's time to see the nail lady. I however have found that the wrists are unprotected. Ha! he thought he was so smart!!!! I show him!
Bailey here. Mom was going to trim mine last weekend. I tried to stop her. I was playing with my brother Peyton, and I decided I'd take one for the team. I caught a nail somewhere and it was barely hanging onto my toe. I thought the blood tracked all down the hallway carpet would distract Mom, but it backfired. Not only did Mom trim ours that day, she also took us to Petsmart today to get them cut again! She said they are too long and that the nail trimmings will continue until the nails are short enough.
And I had to wear a sock on my foot for a couple days after the vet took my nail off. Mom bought Oscar the Grouch socks. She said they were appropriate for my mood about having to wear a sock.
Lola and Ozzy here. We can fight and cry and squirm all we want, but to no avail as the humans are double teaming us. The Man holds us tight, one at a time, while the woman dremels the hell out of our nails!

Angus, so sorry mom dragged out the dremel. I'm not really sure what it is, but it sounds about as pleasant as being on a kibble diet. My mom and dad keep talking about using a dremel on me. They also sound excited about it because it's something called a "power tool". *le sigh*
If if makes you feel any better, I had my first nail trim at the vet the other day, and I peed all over the vet tech. Bwahahahaha...
Pugs n kisses,
My mommy says I kick like a mule, (whatever DAT is!). Mostly it don't do me any good, cuz I always end up with clipped nails, anyway! But it sure is fun! I especially try dis when de vet tech tries to hold onta me for my butt cleaning thing. Dis is when I just been spinning too much on de carpet again, & mommy says "off we go." I fight, an I kick an I squirm, and sometimes I come right outta my harness! But mostly, it don't do me any good either, cuz I still end up....well, you know. But it sure is fun--da kickin 'an squirmin' part! Mom says I'm tiny but tuff!
