A friend with two short and squat pugs commented that Toby has crazy long legs, do you think so? Everyone comments that he is a very tall pug, not sure if that's unusual, he's about 7 months old now.
here are some other more recent pics, some of my faves
Laying on his daddy's shoulder
Happy to be sitting on the top of the couch, not really sure what this look is all about but it cracks me up!
"Can I go to school with you in your pretty new bag Mama?"

gazing into the eyes of his giraffe (this is the second giraffe he's had, he destroyed the first one)
Noming on his giraffe
We wanted to dress him up like a ghost for halloween (King Boo from Mario Kart if you're a fan!). Unfortunately after I wrangled him into it, we realized he kinda looked like a KKK Klansman, so we nixed that costume idea real quick!!! Look how miserable he was, lol.

Do you love him (and with those eyes who couldn't)? That's all that matters!

Edie has quite long legs, certainly compared to DOlly who is from the same litter. We call her the labrapug, as her legs look like they could belong to a really small labrador!
Her long legs enable her to make magnificant jumps over and onto things.
So in answer to your question, I don't think your pug is freakish, he's just a bit taller than your average pug. Much like humans are all different shapes and sizes, it would be weird if we all had a carbon copy pug!

It depends on the breeding...but ALL pugs are special and loveable!!!!
At 7 months all pugs go through a leggy stage too!
Welcome to the "chicken legs" club. My boy Taz has very long, slender legs. We call him Mr Chicken Legs, but he is by no means "freakish" He is nutty but not a freak!!!

Jackson's my tall, leggy boy. He's not conformationally perfect, but he's my sweet boy.
I have heard that males who are neutered young tend to develop the taller, leggier look because the testosterone never gets its chance to do its thing.
