The Dr. Noys toys seem to hold up very well for the beast. No smalls, just med, large or XL. I don't even bother buying any other kind. And as an added plus, you can remove the squeaker when you're sick of hearing it.
We give dogs time we can spare, space we can spare and love we can spare.
And in return, dogs give us their all.

Do you buy her stuffies made for dogs? I find the kid/baby stuffies last alot longer than the dog toys. I think the quality control in kids' toys is better for safety reasons. The other option is to just pull out all her teeth. I've consdiered that!

    That's what Emmet's chippie is--a Dr. Noy's toy:

They come in different sizes; he likes both the small and medium--I usually just get the small. They're only about $3 in the store, and like Lisa, I remove the squeaker. I can't count the number of chippies we've had...and we surely have at least 3 in play right now! They do hold up--I usually discard them when I can't stand how ratty they look, but it's not as if they're "unstuffed."

Sassi lives to kill toys, first the eyes then the stuffing, I replace the stuffing with old socks get the needle and canvas or upolstry type thread it takes longer to pull out.

We have lots of "frankin" toys!

All I have to say is:

And a good Sophie story of how she took down the tree!

But then again, I shouldn't laugh. We're putting our tree up on Saturday and between Duke and the cats, it may get interesting.
