Ernie was obviously more attached to me at first (i spent the most time with him). But now it seems pretty equal between me and the hubby. If we are both on the couch, Ernie prefers to either jump back and forth between our laps or lay on the couch between us.

Do your dogs have an obvious preference?

Oh yes, both pugs definitely prefer hubby over me. If hubby isn't around, I'll do, and they do greet me very enthusiastically when I get home, but if we are both sitting down, hubby's lap is full of 2 pugs while my lap is very empty.

They generally prefer me. I have a herd of pugs that follow me everywhere.

When my hubby sets down on the couch to watch TV, little Bug always wants on his lap. She has a favorite place to lay with him. I rarely watch TV.

    Take care,

    Dee. Definetly Dee.

I can go out from 8am to 6pm to help my mum at her shop and I barely get a greeting when I get back.

Dee goes in the bath and smudge sits at the door crying til she comes out, then promptly grabs the nearest teddy (or sock) and does a pugtona

My pugs love to have their daddy time, but they are VERY attached to me. Roxy my bt is a daddy's girl and worships the ground he walks on, but will settle for me.

Daisy is attached to me but if I am at work she settles for my wife.

Our guys are pretty "equal opportunity" lovers LOL! They are good about sharing their affections with both of us but they follow me EVERYWHERE!!! They might be sound asleep in my hubby's lap but if I get up and leave the room they are right on my heels! Rosie has gravitated towards my hubby more tho since he's been home on medical leave...

Lucca splits her time pretty equally between the two of us. My husband gets home from work a few hours before I do, so usually when I get home she's chilling on his lap. But I'm home later in the mornings, so she's my shadow.
When we're both home in the evenings, sometimes she'll lay on his lap, sometimes on mine - especially if one of us has her favorite blanket!

Chuck got Obi for himself and Ami for me even though they are really the family's dogs equally. But they seem to know this fact and Obi mostly sticks with Chuck as Ami mostly sticks with me. But they really love everyone when it comes down to it. Obi sits at the window though when Chuck is gone and just stares out looking for his daddy.

Paco initially was a momma's boy, but now I think favours Charles a bit more than me (which I find funny, since I feed them ) Honey I think is an equal opportunist.
