Elmo will sit listening away head tilting constantly looking into your eyes i even pick him up and put him on the end of the kitchen unit while im cooking so i can talk him through what im cooking and if he would like to try some,
Pooey Louey doent listen as much as he never got any attention from where he came from but hes getting better everyday with listening as he watches and learns fom Elmo.

We always talk to Tiny and I am convinced she knows exactly what we are saying. I often smile to myself when my husband is outside with her, especially at night when he takes her out for a run and toilet. They have a great talk together and then I hear him telling her that she knows what she has to do before she gets her goodnight bikky. He spends a great deal of time with her and I often see him eye to eye with her, her listening intently then giving him a sloppy kiss. The neighbours must think he is a bit crazy but we don't care, at least we talk to her and not ignore her like they do to their dogs! She is a great help in the garden and great company as well - now knows all about how to plant a new shrub. It's a shame more parents don't talk to their babies the way we talk to our furkids.

Hello everyone,
i carry on a conversation with ( jewel, my pug ) at time's that most folks would think i was speaking with a human. She alway's listen's ( i think ) never disagrees with me, and will give me kisse's whenever i ask. Gee, if my 2 x-wife's were like that i probably would still be married. Lol !

We talk all day!! I believe she understands me and answers most of the time too, with a snort, huff, nod, turn of the head, etc. The other part of the time she's either ignoring me or snoozing.

Oh, and no one keeps a secret better than my LingLing!!

I carry on a regular convo with him all the time. If I am driving he touches my arm so I would pay attention to him, so I talk and he is fine. He listens like I really am saying something, and that head tilting isn't that the best?

I talk to Baron all day, every day! No one listens to me better than him, we discuss everything together. I do feel a bit silly when we are walking in the park outside and I am talking to him tho...
