Default JUST for FUN..can your PUG use a FORK and SPOON to eat something..? lol

tonight had spegetti and sauce....and put some cheese on top....
was a bit left over and rather then having spegetti mustaches..lol on all the pugs
    and bulldogs too..used a fork...
Max and Zeus are experts at using it.......and a spoon too

the bulldogs can master it but not like the pugs........never pug dropped even a morsel of noodle......

if had been out of a dish.............it would be all over the place......
have seen the bulldogs put their paws on a plate to hold it.lol and not good with spegetti and sauce
pugs would have done the same too..

can your pug use a fork and spoon??
A pugs world is full of play and sleep and of course good food.........

Yup, Expert at using them. Also expert at giraffe neck, after diner Mz Tilly always wants to sit in my lap to check for any potential leftovers headed to her bowl, usually nothing but she will take the opportunity to try to clean the plate. No Paws on the table, must be seated, so she exhibits her giraffe neck.

Haha that's so cute! I held a fork down for Nano to lick, and he was scared of it! He wanted to taste it, but whenever he got close he would bark and back up and then run in circles on the kitchen floor. He doesn't mind plastic spoons though, so I try to 'share samples' with him on those when I have them on hand :)

If you have a dog that is too grabby when you give them a treat using a fork or spoon will help break them of that habit. You know those dogs that want to take your fingers along with the treat? When they grab for the treat on a fork or spoon it makes them slow down and eventually they learn not to bite so hard until they get the treat in their mouth.

All of mine can use the fork and spoon and spatula (but I rarely make banana pudding anymore!).

I have 4 pugs. They can all use a fork but have trouble with a spoon. They all try and lick the spoon instead of putting it in their mouth. They have such long tongues that whatever was on the spoon just goes flying off.
