Car RIDE or NOT for the pugs?

Spud loves the car rides. He doesn't sleep though. He stays by the center console and stares out the window almost all the time. The longer trip on friday, about 2 and half hours he spent about half of it looking out the window and the other half sleeping. In fact when I started packing the car he jumped in the passenger seat and on my back in to clean up a bit he was in the seat and I called him but didn't come. After a few min later I wondered where Spud was, look out the window and he was still sitting in the passenger seat like waiting for me to take him some place.

Macie loves to ride in the convertible with the top down and her goggles on. Never miss an chance to ride.

Bebe is OK with it, as long as she sits on my lap. But if I put her in between the kids' car seat, she whines to sit on me and lays on my lap.

Biskit LOVES the car i just say the word and he is whimpering at the door waiting for me to hurry up LOL

Rufus really likes the car and gets very happy when we go for a car ride. We've got a doggy car seat/carrying case for him that you can buckle into one of the seats. It has a small lead in it to keep in safely in the case. He loves it!

Dante get very excited if we say car ride & will run to the driveway.

Sarabi loves to ride in the car.....she would DRIVE the car if we'd let her, lol!! We take her with us to pick the kids up from school, and she loves to sit in our laps and honk the horn!

Clemi loves car rides and going places. At first she looks out the window, but after a short while she sleeps.
If I am holding her as someone else drives at a low speed I let her put her head out the window, she loves it!
Usually, when she hasn't been in the car for a couple days she goes on a search for treasures all over the car, including under the seats! After she's vacuumed and sniffed every single inch she then falls asleep in the front seat.
