Car RIDE or NOT for the pugs?

Mine love going for rides...but they're crated in the back of my van...........They just like to be with me!

I do not drive so a car ride is not all that norm for them I guess

both the pugs LOVE going for car rides. they just love to sit there and stare out the window with the breeze in their hair haha

Oh all I have to say is car/truck and he goes nuts he loves to ride anywhere. I have two of those seats and he can see outside. Or he may just sit and stare at me.....

Rufus loves to go in the car and he rides with me every day. He likes to look out of the window and will sometimes try and sneak across onto my lap if he is not belted in. When he was a small puppy I literally took him everywhere with me in the car so he would get used to it. He associates the car with going to nice places and visiting family and friends so is always eager to get in

Winston is so bad in the car, I think it's mostly because I have him in the back with a seatbelt on... he would probably be happy if I let him sit up front with me but I'm just too paranoid about safety. He is getting much better but there are days where he will just howl for the entire car ride, and it is a high pitched whining howl... makes your ears bleed! I've found that if I put the music up loud and have the window down he does better, but if it is quiet in the car he just expects me to pay attention to him constantly, haha!

Fodo loves to go for car rides,but when ever I take him in the car it is to take him to the park or for a hike on the trails.So I think it is the destination that makes him so happy.

Car rides are a hit here. If I know that they are not coming car has to be spelled out or else I have to pugs waiting at the door. Eddie is the best traveller I have ever seen, he hops in and immediately lies down and goes to sleep as soon as the car starts moving. Zoey likes to watch out the window, on someones lap.

My little buddy loves the car now, when I first got her she was a little freaked out about it,now the second I take her leash down she knows what's up and loves it. Stick with it , there all about routine and should love going for rides as long as they can be with you :-)

Popeye has loved car rides since the age of one month, even though the only place we took him for a long time was the vet's! He also loves vets though, strange. He looks out the window with this look of amazement that is hard to describe- like his mind is going to explode haha.
