Clarification To Contest

O.K. I have already received 5 pm's this morning, so
I know people are confused, so I will put it all in this
post. Anyone can join PPB'ers, we welcome you all.
For the contest you must be joined by this Sunday
afternoon. Every Friday morning I will do a post that
says PPB'ers Weight Lose and the date. Put your stuff
on that post, if you are new to joining this week then
you will need to put your weight loss goal too. You
can post in this post all week long. Anything you want.
How you're doing, what you're doing etc. On Sunday
night I will do a contest standings post to let everyone
know how they stand for the week and the on going
contest. I hope I explained this to make sense lol.
I haven't woke up yet lol.

Oh, I also want to add
that you can weigh any day you like, but the weight
must be posted in the Friday post. You actually have
til Sunday before I do totals. After that it's too late.

Lisa just had a GREAT idea! We all need to take a picture
now and one at the end, then post both at the end of
the contest! I already took my before.

I have my "before" too.. and I even have a "during" since I was doubting that people could see a difference... (but it's true)... I will post a "b and a" when we get to our "deadline" (9/1? 9/30? 9/13? (my 46th bday!)
