June photo contest?

I haven't been in lately, so maybe I missed it, but where's the spot for the June photo contest? I had so much fun with the May one and had some ideas for the June contest but can't find any trace of a June contest or the remnants of the May contest...

Well, we didn't have a TREMENDOUS response. Nine entries, and several from one person.

Should we do this quarterly... July-September, October-December?

That way you have longer and more holidays to choose from?

I guess that would be fine - you mean kinda by seasons? May was spring - so a summer *4th of july, labor day, etc*, fall *halloween, thanksgiving*, winter....i think I could work with that!

Tell you what, if you will make it a monthly contest I'll put the hit on a Texas photographer to play and I'll play too. Quarterly is for taxes, not photo contests.

I agree; I think it's too soon to decide whether or not there will be enough interest. Some months will have fewer entries, some more: July will probably be HUGE. So will October, November and December. And then don't forget February and March.

So, what's in June? Father's Day, first day of summer...whet else?
