    I'm excited. Just sent off an application to the Seattle Pug rescue. We live in British Columbia and they seem to be the closest rescue to us. So wish us luck.

    I do not think they will adopt out of state let alone country unless they have changed the rules.

    Yes they do adopt out of state and into Canada. I checked into it before I sent off the application. We have a home visit scheduled for this Sunday.
