Please Read - Fritz's Miracle
Today I received a call from Fritz's Dad. He was in tears. He needed me to watch Fritz for a few weeks because he accidentally shot himself in the foot while cleaning his gun. He was on crutches and unable to take Fritz on his walks to potty. He lives in a condo that does not have a yard at all.
He asked if Fritz could come back until he can get around well enough to watch him. Of course I said yes, so there is now a long-nose in the house again. Welcome back, Fritz! He seemed to remember me and fell right into the feeding routine again, waiting his turn at his cage like he hadn't been gone a day.
Fritz will be 13 in November. He is in wonderful shape for his age.

Was thinking that same thing about the gun ownership! Would be scary if I was his neighbor!!

Oh dear, so much easier to clean and oil when not loaded. Glad Fritz has a vacation spa at hand. Since he could just have easily have shot the dog, all is good.
