Yes, I wasn't sure if it was attached (wart, scab, growth) or just crust from food and filth. I didn't mess with it, but when he was getting out of the car he brushed his nose and most of it fell off, so it looks like it is just crud and he should have a lovely nose as soon as he gets a bath!
