Default Today We Took in 6

The Roadster rested today because I had to work on legal papers, but our rescue took in the following:

A 4-6 year old apricot female, very sweet with a tongue that peeks out all the time! From the Apple Valley, CA shelter.

A 2 year old fawn male, very energetic and happy, from the Hesperia, CA shelter.

A 3 year old fawn female, was a breeder, very cute and sweet also from Hesperia, they were not brought in together.

A senior bonded pair who were relinquished because their owner just died.

A 10 year old fawn female missing a rear foot, emaciated but very sweet and spunky from the San Diego shelter.

Two hat tricks! The three younger dogs should go very quickly.

    Take care,
    Lisa

Poor baby girl. They say she is not as bad as she looks in the picture and is actually quite spunky. The missing rear foot is very old and she walks on the stump.

    Take care,

It isn't breakfast time yet, and I am already hot about the little girl dog. Maybe her former owners would like to walk on their stump and tell us all about it.

Yes, there are two cute mixes in LA. I'm trying to convince our coordinator and the board that they are close enough to pure to take. I also forwarded them to Pug Nation who is LA's pug rescue.

Unfortunately I was just informed that the male of the bonded senior pair passed away just before we got there. RIP little man.
