My name is Coffee and I'm an approximately 14 year old female pug. I am not yet spayed. I have been at the Downey Animal Care Center since September 20, 2014. I am available on September 20, 2014. You can visit me at my temporary home at D722.
The staff/volunteers here haven't had a chance to really get to know me yet. Please visit me at the animal care center and ask about spending some one-on-one time with me.

I clicked the link, but there's no informaton on that number, and when I plugged in the specifics on the Downey shelter (female pug), it said nothing was available. Maybe because it's Sunday, the info hasn't been processed? I sent the info above to Pug Naton in the area; hope something comes of it. Poor old lady, abandoned to a high kill shelter at 14 years old! Thanks for posting!

The little pugs name is Coffee and I have been following her progress on the National Pug Rescue site. She was able to eat a little on her own today...still at the vets but they are optimistic about her prognosis.

Poor little girl. At least she is getting help now. I agree, 14 years old. Who could do that? She's a precious little baby.
