Just wanted to let everyone know that Ruby, the pug I adopted from SEPRA in February is now heartworm free and she was spayed three weeks ago!Everything went great.
She is now taking phenobarbitol (sp?) twice a day for the seizures she was having about every month. She has been on it for about two weeks and we have not witnessed any seizures. She goes back in two months for a recheck to see if her dose is correct.
We just love her to pieces and she sleeps on my pillow every night.
Here she is hogging the camera while I try to take pictures of my foster dogs.

That's my overweight beagle, Cujo. He is the master of the house. His best friend is my black pug, Owen. They are inseperable.
