You possibly have a person on the Meetup World Wide Pug board that will contact one of you. See link for entire post/thread.

Hoping this man does the right thing. So sad, the post sounds like he no longer needs a dinning room or bedroom set. I will never understand the people that treat dogs as disposable property.

Oh boy, that's a couple hours from me. I'm going to contact the poster and see if the babies are still available, we have PV members in that area and surely we can get them into rescue.

Let me know if you have any luck with the owner, Sara. If all goes well, maybe we can hook her up with Gina to take them to San Diego. Gina volunteered to help with transport last year while you and I were out having babies!

I did have Gina in mind as a possibility :)

I sent an email, I will update this thread if/when I hear anything. I was not able to reply to the thread on meetup.com.

    UPDATE: NEED HELP!!!

OK. They wrote me back, the guy said the pugs are 4 years old and he's had them since they were 2 weeks old.

He said contact him ASAP or his wife is taking them to the pound tonight. My guess is the pound is not open tonight, but still I need help! There is no way I can be in Temecula, CA tonight!

I know it's a lot to ask of Gina to pick them up today, but does anyone know how to reach her outside of PV, I'm going to try to get more info from the guy on these pugs.

Amy, I left a message for Gina on her cell and emailed her. Am waiting to hear back. Also contacted San Diego and am waiting to hear back. Sara is trying to get more info from the owner.

If Gina can't pick up, would you be able to pick up and maybe foster for a day or so, assuming San Diego will take them? I'm also going to try to find out if PNP will take them.

I can pick them up... fostering might be a problem as my HOA is already on my case about my 2 pugs (they are being a bit nasty right now) but a day wouldn't be a problem.
