I was talking to boxer rescue yesterday and they use vibrating collars on all their deaf dogs to get attention. but never felt that I needed one here with Gus.
but wandering if working with a deaf dog or a blind dog might help...
have helped deaf pugs before too..and they just used hand signs

not familiar with vibrating collars
although they say they do wanders in training
all kinds of training actually..
