Chloé was decently socialized, she's now a year and a bit. She use to be good at meeting kids and letting them pet her but now she backs away and starts to bark. Not all kids but still unacceptable and embarassing. She's the same way with some adults. I don't know why she's all of a sudden skittish? is it a phase? what can I do to stop this. When people want to pet her, she backs away but will smell their hands or legs, but the second they try to pet her, she steps back. I have no idea why.. We live in a condo, so she comes across a lot of people and some she wanted nothing to do with and others she'd accept petting.

Anyone have any input ? :(
