Random Capitalization in Threads

I don't understand the increased use of random capitalization in the threads. I clicked on "New Threads" and over 75% of the threads had wierd capitalization of words in the thread title. Does that help with google searches, or what? I don't understand this new trend.

I always use a capital letter to start each word, but I only use caps to enhance a word...like DFW Pug Rescue REALLY REALLY needing help or they will have to turn down pugs...or I write PHOTOS in all caps - but thats just case i'm a space cadet...hahaha

I don't think it helps with google searches, but one of you techies may have that answer!

I think I just do caps more or less to address pictures or just as a way to highlight something for example while the update of my new photos I wanted it to be known they were of then and now... just away to let everyone know, I guess never really thought of it before

I capitalize the title of a thread similar to the way I would capitalize the title of a book or article.

It matters not whether you write in all caps, all lower case or a random mixture for Google searches.

Just for you - I went to the recently posted threads and did a search on: google, bing, ask, goodsearch, and yahoo...for the words I saw in caps in threads and got no "good feedback" unless i plugged pug in after, but even when i search for health stuff on any of those search sites i ALWAYS get threads from PV.

It COuld be we can't capitalize properly :) Seriously, on my laptop I'll hit the shift key and not realize it and if I don't proof the writing it becomes a lasting memorial to improper CAPS. It's not just titles for me, but can be anywhere :(

Search engines ignore capitalization.
