Today was long. We've made our way from Rome to the French/Swiss border, to a little village called Annemasse. Across the border is Geneva. We had many stops to stretch puggy legs. Not that they really needed it because their crates are quite spacious. We have gone from 40 degrees in Rome to 29 here on the Swiss border. we had a slight hiccup at the tunnel
Mont Blanc, a truck broke down in there. Dh said were unlucky that we just missed passing through as the tunnel closed just as we arrived. I said we are lucky we are out here with facilites and not stuck in the tunnel behind the truck. the girls profited by having a run beneath the Glacier. I'm just back from a beautiful walk by the river Arve. The girls were frolicking like puppies. Tomorrow we will reach Paris and Wednesday were off to the clinic for health checks. Posting from my iPhone this evening, hope to find a computer tomorrow!

Hard to remember that a full legion of Rome guarded each pass out of Italy. And now pugs frolic below the mountains. You live lives others dream of. Now we need pics.
Hope your travels are safe and no more "hiccups". Definitely looking forward to photos - yours are always so stunning.
We never touch people so lightly that we don't leave a trace.
