Mischka, here. I am sitting for a portrait this afternoon, and am having trouble with my nose. It is very dry. You show animals, what do you recommend for dry nose. It's important to look my best.

Try some bag balm. That is what I use on Yoda's little nose.

If time is of the essence, which it looks like it may be, then apply a little vaseline if you have some. I am supposing you may not have bag balm readily to hand.

At a pinch I suppose one could try black boot polish but that suggestion may get me kicked off the forum!

At seventeen and a half, sadly, time is always of the essence, Ceylon suggested Photoshopping my nose which sounded painful and degrading. Off to try vaseline.

When you have nothing at hand, you could ask the old woman to give it a lick!
It will keep it sufficiently moist for your sitting.

In this country, licking a toad can give you a high and a jail sentence. I am not sure what you earn for licking a pug's nose. Probably not the sort of thing I will put on my resume. Although over the years, I have spat in my hand more than once and cleaned the dirt off a toddler's face.

I accidently licked Wally's nose once in a close-quarters game of monkey see - monkey do. (he sticks his tongue out at you if you do it to him most of the time - this time he leaned in real quick. It was salty. But I'm still here.
