Motherrr just emailed to say she has been 'locked' out. Can one of our wonderful Moderators email her and restore her to the pack?

Does she just need to log back in?
Both Amy and I always stay logged in and today we both had to log in. Try deleting all her cookies and re logging back in.

I've had to log in twice as well, but she swears her password does not work and she is locked out. I am not at the new place to go take a peek.

Hubby told me about this thread so I went to look at my "Mod Powers" and although I can see the option to "send email reminder" for the password, it won't actually let me do it.... seems that only the Administrators can send a password reminder.Generally, on most websites, a user can request their password and have it sent automatically, but I assume she would have done that if she knew how.
Another thing that comes to mind.... does she use a screen resolution like 800 x 600 or a similar setting? (vs. a setting with large numbers that makes everything looking smaller, like 1024 x 768)? I use 800 x 600 and several things overlap on my screen when I'm on PV, so the actual log-in box at the top of the page overlaps with the notification's link and an Amazon box/advertisement, plus the little check-mark box to "stay logged in" is hard to see. Perhaps things are overlapping and she has only entered the user name, instead of user name and password? Just a thought... Or is Caps Lock on? passwords are case-sensitive....
I'm sorry that I don't have any other ideas. I hope she figures it out soon! I know that I am usually logged in (I keep the PV cookie) and today I needed to re-log-in. Obviously something changed....

I also was locked out and my password didn't work. I had to re-set my password to be able to log in again.
Take care,

I was logged out, and figured it couldn't be something I said. It would have to have been everything I said.

**Or is Caps Lock on? passwords are case-sensitive....**
I mentioned that to her
If we cannot walk her through it tonight, I'll pop over with coffee in the AM and poke the puter.
