Do you have UPS or FedEx in Canada?

We do have both here, but I've never had much fun dealing with them (Not that Canada Post is much better some days ...)

The prices that I quoted were for standard small package airmail but they do also offer "express" options as well if time was a concern to people.

Those sweaters are gorgeous! I particularly like the cable one. But alas, I already have three sweaters for two dogs and here in Texas they get worn only about twice a year.

Your sweaters are just beautiful, I love them! One option to shipping to Canada that might make it cheaper (although I think $8.00 is reasonable) is to package it into a bubble envelope. Usually cheaper than a package.

Sadly, the prices that I got for single sweaters were for shipping with a bubble envelope, not a box .

I'm still trying to get the sweaters flattened just enough to see if I can get a single sweater down past the 0.79" mark (in their "natural" state, they are an inch tall). I worked out a little "homegrown" method (ziplock bag and a giant book ) on the weekend to compress them. I tried with one of Paco's sweaters and it looks like it has brought it down past the limit, I'm just giving it a few days to see if it the ziplock bag holds (and to make sure that the sweater isn't too squished when I take it out). That would reduce shipping for outside Canada, but doesn't seem to affect the Canadian price.

Well, now that I didn't win a sweater inn the raffle, I'll have to order one. The good news is that sweater season is pretty much gone until December 2008, so there's no rush here. ;) (Of course, maybe I should wait to order until Thurston grows his adult body.)
