I'm confused...there seem to be several fairly recent threads started here in the Village Market Place by folks who don't have the designation of Village Merchant. Is that no longer a requirement to start threads? Is there any reason I should be paying a monthly fee to advertise my business here? I have already requested a refund for the subscription fee because I never recieved instructions on starting a Village Merchant account...now I'm wondering if there's any reason for anyone to have such an account since it seems anyone can start threads on this board. I'm just really confused about the whole process, heh. :-p

I don't particularly enjoy being a tattletale, but I did as you suggested. I only went through the first page, but most of the threads were started by someone with a title other than Village Merchant. Some of the threads are quite old, which seems to indicate this has been an ongoing issue for some time...
