Hi there,
I'm Jen, mommy to an almost 10 year old fawn, Scarlett, who is smarter than my husband and I and knows it. We believe she will take over the world some day. Our little family lives just outside Philadelphia, PA.

I found this site while googling for some health info for her (we're having a few problems in the past 2 weeks, today it's breathing issues), and it struck me how much better it was than so many other sites. People having conversations here seem to have the 'right' balance of knowledge, common sense, and consideration for other ideas. I think this helps avoids catastrophosizing(sp?) and instead leads people to the most valuable information.

Not enitrely sure how much I can help contribute on this site, but I know I'll have questions and maybe will be able to add something along the way Thanks!

Welcome! Can't wait to see pictures. I too felt the way you do about the Village when I first joined and that was months before Spanky's arrival. Everyone was wonderful in helping me get ready for our new addition and I've learned so much here. Best group of people ever!
