Welcome aboard. It's hard to know from this angle.. How old is she?

She looks very thin, and far too young to be away from her mother. Puppies shouldn't leave their mothers until they're at least 8 weeks. 3 weeks is usually too young even for solid food. What are you feeding her? Can you get her back with her mother? Do you have puppy milk replacement? Are you bottle feeding her or is she managing some solid food? I would recommend taking her to the vet immediately to design some kind of healthy alternative. Good luck, and welcome to the village.

Welcome that is a huge litter, you pug does look very skinny and she needs to be seen by a vet to get her on some food or supplement. Puppies can get sick and die really quickly, she should stay with her mom till 8 weeks old and she needs to stay warm, she shouldn't be wet and muddy at 3 to 4 weeks.

This just breaks my heart and so do the photos of the puppy. I hope she thrives under your care, poor little baby. Please get her to see a vet as soon as you can.

Tell this breeder to please get momma spayed.
