She will be having a second mammography today to determine if a "spot" found 6 months ago has changed.

FIRST I think the military insurance doctor is an ASS why not biopsy when it was found??? Oh lets wait 6 months to see if there is a change! IF there is then it will be larger and God forbid it has spread!

Please pray there is no change!

I had a spots and I was told to remove part of my breast . I went to John's Hopkins for a 2nd opinion . They monitored and it never changed . I urge everyone to get multiple mammograms and also send them to multiple specialists .

I have had to go in for diagnostic mams as I have dense breasts.....I was fine.

I am not one that is good on waiting.....Seeing all being okay!

I am just one of those people that wants results NOW I had my first mammo years ago it was completely white! They sent me directly to radiology turned out I have very dense muscle tissue and heavy calcium deposits
