We leave for the vet in 15 minutes. She should have a flood to give them.

We came home from getting food and treats. Sienna did not see me come in the house, so she was looking out the bay window crying. I immediately got her attention and let her know I was here.

Please, please don't think I was neglecting her with all the eye infection, bronchitis, etc. I love that little girl more than anything in the world and would not do anything to hurt her or allow her to be hurt. What do they call them..."helicopter moms"? I cry when she goes into the groomer and anywhere outside the house when I can't be with her (groomer or vet).

I thought her eye infection was dry eye as she does have PK. I thought it was PK doing all that. And the bronchitis, I thought was Collapsing Trachea (she does have that, but in early stage). I have no clue as to where she could have picked up the eye infection or bronchitis.

    Well, off to the vet.

I don't think you're neglecting her at all. I will be looking for an update later and I hope Sienna starts to feel better.

I know how it feels to have a few issues going on and not know where to start with helping / solving them :(

Definitely do not think you are neglecting her. These things happen! I just hope you are able to figure something out to help her. Will be waiting for a update.

Why would you think that ? We know you love Sienna !

Dogs especially Pugs are happy just being with you and will not give you any signs of discomfort until it is severe .
After all we do not speak Pug language.

Bad news. It's not an eye infection (which can be cleared up/healed by meds). She has glaucoma in her bad eye. The eye pressure should be 20 and hers is 60. From the sheet the vet gave me, it is more painful for animals as the pressures are higher than in humans. She's on an eye med to try and get the pressure down in the bad eye (it is only in the bad eye so far).

She goes back Monday for a check to make sure the pressure is coming down. Since if you have it in one eye, it is more likely to happen in the other, she'll be put on glaucoma meds for the rest of her life.

I was shocked when the vet told me that and I'm so sad for her. Am trying desperately to save that good eye. She loves to watch the tv and look out the bay window. I would hate to see her robbed of that.

The vet gave her a two week shot to give her a boost with the bronchitis as the coughing wasn't clearing up as much as it should have.

My poor baby. I don't think I've worried and cried as much as I have this month...well, maybe not. I've cried over her many times...pancreatitis, upset tummy...

When we went out to get treats and food, Sienna did not see me come in the house. She was standing in the bay window looking out and crying for me because she couldn't see me outside. I went up to her and let her know I was here for her. Sweet thing.
