    With things the way they are praying I can even get a renter!

    He is mad because his stuff was on the porch when a female friend came over to drop something off, he informed me Monday he was leaving, Tuesday took TV, computer, his pageant dresses, and two lamps, this covers the paragraph 13 abandonment when it looks reasonable they have deserted the property. The couch, bed frame and a dresser are in storage until he comes up with at least the 450 he owes! He said he was coming today I replied with money


    The rental is bug bombed the fleas where horrendous! Advantage is not working on Hercules so off to petsmart to see if I can get a refund or will send message to Advantage with picture of fleas! Both Zillow and Apartments.com have changed posting pictures to a "premium" package for around $350 so old pictures will have to do. Still a deal so

    Best of luck getting a renter, how long do your renters tend to stay? A year? The pool looks so nice and can they use it too?
