Hi There. I have been trying for months to get back into my account. Seems I'm part way there. I can only post from the URL site given to me upon updating my e-mail and password information (that took me eons to figure out...LOL). How do I fix it so that I can access my account from my home (via iPad) and general login as opposed to the URL provided for password change?

I use an iPad but use an app called Tapatalk. I am not sure if it helps with your problem but itís worth trying.

I'm not sure, but it's possible that it has something to do with the mobile site? If you go to PugVillage on your ipad, do you see the top border artwork showing picket fence and green grass with cartoon drawing of pugs - or do you see a top border that is black with the PugVillage logo and photo of a couple of fawn pug puppies? If you see the black border, try clicking the "hamburger menu" (three horizontal lines over to the left-top) and then click Exit Mobile View (or something like that... it might say "switch to desktop view"?) Then log in and see if that works for you. Sorry I can't give you a definitive answer as to why you are having trouble. :conf:
