Lemon and Co-Pilot immediately come to mind... I once met a pug named Toad which was adorable...
One of my friends has one named Shamrock which I think is cute, and also, Captain Morgan (he has one eye so he looks like a pirate!)
everyone says ours are funny..
Homer & Marge (the simpsons)
My little 11 lb is called Crusher. He's part pug and chi and DH named him cause he said a little dog needs a big name. Besides our other pug's name is Precious and he has calling that name when he calls her.
I vote for Indiana Jones :bounce:.
My brother has a rescue that we are fairly certain is a puggle named Tullamore Dew (sp?) after the liquor.
He also has a daschund named Baron Rufus Von Stubbly.
Ditka has many rather silly nicknames, including:
Puggup, because he's so wound up he's going and coming at the same time.
Ditka Louise, from my mother. Yeah, Ditka Louise. I told her she was going to give him gender identity issues and she told me not to talk to my mother that way.
I once met a pug named Thurston
I liked the name radar for the poor little blind pug.....
I like Gumpy's name. It's certainly unusual but really suits him.
I met a pug quite awhile ago. He was tiny and adorable. I asked his owner what his name was and she replied "King" She said he runs the house.
I laughed and I haven't forgotten that name. I something think that BJ should have been named that.
I knew some people with a dog named Deeogee....get it? D-O-G.
I absolutely love the name Gumbo for a pug, and my next boy puppy will be named that.
I have to agree with the others, I think Co-Pilot is rather unusual too. But Gumpy...I love that name!
And what about John Ott? That's rather unusual for a Pug.
Lemon is definitely an original as well as Tonka!
