Cool Graphic Image of Bulbus Glandis (Male dog (beagle) part fully extended)

    Ok.
I know this isn't a pug... and it's not exactly breeding, but I sure found a lot out ABOUT breeding while I looked for what I have been describing in the "air humping" thread...

THIS IS WHAT DECKER's "thing" HAS LOOKED LIKE at least twice since I got him.

At least I know it's "normal" even if unattractive!

Maybe a solution step is to react in a negative function when the air humping begins. I don't like it, and none of my animals do it---eventually it will get stuck in the on position as the sheath doubles back on itself and the hairs adhere to the shaft. Not attractive. I would just tell him to knock it off and be stern about it.

I wonder if the Decker Unit is what racehorse people call a 'rig'? One testicle down and neutered, one testicle still in the body cavity. You might ask your vet, would explain his serious Revlon moments.

He hasn't been neutered long... but I'll also ask my vet, as Ellen suggested... He was already a year old - 1.25 I think - when he was neutered.. otoh, it was a job done for an animal shelter...?? (I DO have the vet papers for the op.)
