We have two pugs Bob is 9 and Daisy is 8 1/2. We had a full dental cleaning a couple weeks ago. They were both put under and had their teeth cleaned. During that process they each had to have two teeth removed and they found a 4mm mass under Daisy's tongue. It turned out not to be the cancer that spreads everywhere so we think it was all taken care of with the removal of the mass itself. Bob had really bad breath and had had for quite awhile. Now, man is there ever a difference in our babies. No more bad breath, and both of them seem so much happier. They actually were chasing each other yesterday and they haven't done that in a long, long time. Their eyes seem clearer, and Bob can now snuggle with me at night and I don't have to choke. I am so glad that Daisy's mass was caught before it got to be something much worse. we have a vet that comes to our home in a large van/ motor home looking thing. They were parked in front ofour house from 9:30 in the moring until 4:30 in the afternoon. Our dogs received one on one care for the entire time. I love them!! We had never had their teeth completely cleaned before and am so glad we did. Very worth it!!
That's wonderful! I wish we had a mobile unit like that who came around to our house.
