    Default pug diarhrea

My dog has had diarrhea for 3 days, she is not drinking water, looks weak and lethargic. I have a vet appt. this morning for her. She is one yr old and normally a very energetic dog. She is definitely not herself.

About a week ago she found the remains of a wild dead animal and was eating it. She eats just about anything by the way. I was thinking that this could be the cause but thought she would have shown signs and symptoms earlier than she has. The diarrhea began about 3 days after.

Has anyone else experienced something similiar? Or has feed back for me? I would appreciate it. Thanks

Thanks for all the good thoughts and prayers. Roxie went to the vet. They injected her with fluids and antibiotics. She really responded well to the fluids and this morning she is definitely getting back to her old self. Thank God. The Vet thinks she has an intestinal infection and put her on antibiotics and a bland diet for the next 3-4 days. Thanks again.

Glad she is on the mend. Our pugs eat every thing given half a chance hey. I have to watch out two like a hawk!
