    Default small white lump

Hello - has anyone had any experience of small white lumps on their pugs? Bella has had a small white lump for some time which the vet saw and said it was too small for biopsy. This has now increased in size and at the moment seems crusty. We have an appointment on Monday with the vet but I just wondered if anyone had had any experiences similar? Thanks Lucy

    Hi!

Sorry I haven't any advice to offer you, other than what you're already doing by getting a vet to check it out.

Really hope that Bella will be ok and it isn't anything too worrying.

Does it look like the sebaceous cyst in this article (Scroll down) https://www.walkervillevet.com.au/blog/help-dog-lump/

It's always good to have every bump checked out. Let us know what the vet tells you. I hope it is nothing serious.

I hope the vet is able to give you more information on Monday and I hope it is nothing worrisome.

Hi & Glad you joined us, & I hope you will enjoy visiting on here as much as I do! Our Pug, Rugby, had a small pinkish bump almost in her nose fold, but it turned out to be a harmless histiocytoma.....but lumps & bumps can be anything, so it is good you are having your vet check it out! Please let us know what you find out--we'll all be hoping & praying Bella will be just fine!

So did my Gordon . I check every bump with the vet . Usually it clears with some meds .
How long has she had this lump ? Where is it located on her body ? I am surprised there was no meds given ? How big is it ?

    Default Thank you

Thanks everyone for your comments and concern. The vet wasn't too worried about the lump as it was too small for biopsy but we were told to keep an eye on it.
It is not bothering Bella and has decreased in size.

Hi and I agree with all the above it’s always best to get it checked out. Hoping it’s nothing and goes away soon.
