if you can, photograph it/video----did the vet talk about restricting loud noises or bright lights? Hoping it is a simple to solve, you cherish your animals as dependents and vestibular disease is the pits.
Thanks so much, everyone! Heidi is doing well--yesterday we had a quiet day & I just played on computer & watched t.v. so I wouldn't be moving around the house too much, & Heidi slept for awhile, then in the after noon, she seemed pretty much back to normal, & has seemed fine ever since. Since she improved so quickly I didn't start her on the antibiotics--will just keep an eye on her for now. It was scary, because when our first Pug, Tawny, developed vestibular disease, it affected her drastically & she never did get back to normal. It was very distressing to watch her slow decline. I'm hoping & praying this was a one time thing!

Good update to read. Continuing to pray for Heidi.
We never touch people so lightly that we don't leave a trace.
Glad for the positive update. I hope Heidi continues to improve.
