Our little boy of 18months ,We think has PDE. We would very much appreciate any info you all could provide .We love our 'lil man so much.He started with a siesure last thursday night and really hasnt gotten much better took him to our regular vet and he only gave him valume and his increased his regular phenobarbitol. Now we go tommorow to a new vet for a second opinion she says he needs anti-biotics and a steriod and a 50/50 chance please pray for our lil man we are in great need of all your prayers

That is so awful. There are others who have gone through this. Try doing a search and some of the threads should come up.

I am soooooooooo sorry!! Yes, as Brenda said, check for a liver shunt. Has he displayed any other signs, such as an inability to jump off the sofa or other things? Has he been pressing his head into things? Come here for all the support you want. We will give you all we can.

We have checked for a liver shunt already. And he cant even walk... he does lean his head in to stuff. and he will not lay on his right side. We are going for a supporting group (yours) and glad to have people praying for him. ThankyouOriginally Posted by Fourteen Legs
