Hi, a friend of mine suggested that I try acupuncture to help with my morning sickness. I’m a third trimester pregnant. I’m new to acupuncture and was wondering if it’s safe to get acupuncture during pregnancy. Also, does anyone know a good acupuncturist in the Towson area of Baltimore, MD? Someone recommended to me Columbia acupuncture but that’s too far from where I live

Thank you. This thread has been very helpful.
“Owners of dogs will have noticed that, if you provide them with food and water and shelter and affection, they will think you are god. Whereas owners of cats are compelled to realize that, if you provide them with food and water and shelter and affection, they draw the conclusion that they are gods.”

You'll definitely get more responses if you start your own thread.

Vaccinations - talk to your vet, they'll give you the best advice for your area.

Exercise, for a puppy, depends on their age. Don't push them, before their fully grown is not the time for a full on agility workout routine. But play as much as puppy wants to play, shortish walks, romps with puppy friends, all are good. Again, your vet should be able to give you specific advice - if it's very hot where you are the recommendations may be more inside, less outside, same if it's very cold.
