    Your foster will likely follow you everywhere and also the other pug too...
    make the transition but keeping them a bit seperated to see how it goes and introduce them more together.

    I have a foster failure here too..lol
    you might fall in love with your new puggie foster too
    A pugs world is full of play and sleep and of course good food.........
