Nano's New Booties!

We got Nano's new booties in the mail! We got them from the site Pull-toys for dogs • Schum-Tug • Products , and a shout-out to Wally 'n' Leto for telling us about them :)

Here is Nano with his booties, and he does not understand what they are:


He kept trying to climb up on me the whole time!


He had some trouble climbing the stairs outside at first, still getting the feel for them:


Sorry for the bum shot haha. Look at all of that ice, these are just perfect for him!


Good in the snow too!


After we got inside and the booties were off, he was scared I would put them back on him haha. Do you see him hiding?


He got a new bone for being such a good boy :)


We have a huge snow/ice storm that is hitting tomorrow, so it looks like we got these booties just in time! I have some videos of him walking with them for the first time, but I feel so bad for laughing at him i'm embarrassed to post them! He just looked so silly lifting his legs so high :)

Anyone else make their furbabies wear booties?

I think he did really well with them, Tinker would be sitting down chewing to get them off.

He looks so cute in them. I know how u feel about laughing at ur pug when watching them walk for the first time in them. I laughed so hard my hubby felt bad for Cruiser and he is not a dog person. But it is funny. But once Cruiser got outside in them he loves um. But he had a chance to feel the real cold on his feet the day before I got them. He kept lifting up his feet one by one as they were so cold. I finally picked him up and carried him back to the house. The next day took him to the pet store to try some on. I could never order them they all fit so different. I meant to get slide resistant ones for the ice and slick snow but found out when I got home they did not have the right bottoms for that. I was having such a hard time getting some on him that I just took the first pair he was able to walk in with out getting out of.

I bet Nano will get use to them he is sooo cute. Cruiser will actually sit in my lap and let me put them on. He does not like his feet cold.

I'm glad you like them! We got ours, and they were the wrong size - they sent us x-toy instead of x-small!!! They wouldn't have fit my big toe. They were great about it - sent out the new ones and reimbursed my shipping for returning the tiny ones! :)

Haha okay, here are the videos. I swear i'm not a bad pug-Mommy, I just couldn't help but laugh when he first put them on! He would hold his legs up as high as he could, one at a time! It took me a bit to think to turn the camera on, so I missed right at the first. Please excuse my 'doggie voice'.

Here he is this morning, he usually zips right up the stairs but needed some encouragement with his boots on. This is the start of our big snow storm, i'm not looking forward to how much will fall by tonight!

Here he is just walking around a bit in the snow with his boots. They work so great, his feet were completely dry when we got inside, despite all the snow we walked through! Sorry for the sniffing and whatnot, it was -28 out and windy, it takes your breath away!
