Awwwww! That sounds adorable, watching Remy watching the piggy.

We keep the pugs separate when we watch TV - separate laps or separate rooms. Not because Nilla goes bonkers at the TV, but because if Wonka starts to whine or bark at something on the screen, Nilla will launch across the room at him to attack. I'm accustomed to keeping them separated now so it doesn't bother me anymore, but I used to have little pity parties for myself, moping about all the pug owners who could sit with both pugs on their lap together and watch TV as a pile. That sounds so pleasant. Sigh. Oh well, we adjust to what our pugs need and make do! Nilla is happy on her daddy's lap and Wonka is happy on mine.

Some of the things you said about Buddy remind me of my Rosy except she's a crazy tail wagger! My other pug Sunny doesn't wag very often and when she does it's a gentle slow wag. But when I first got Rosy she would wait until Sunny finished eating, go check on Sunny's bowl to make sure she cleans up any crumbs and then eat her own food. This happened for a while until Sunny started stealing Rosy's food while Rosy was checking on Sunny's bowl. Now Rosy scarfs her food down!

And Rosy is the same with the TV. I swear she has the best eyesight of any dog I've ever known! She can always tell when there's a dog or animal on the screen, even if it's a cartoon! And don't even get me started on all those Geico commercials with the talking lizard, pig, and camel.
Mother to my <3 pug, Sunny bunny.
